Return and Exchange Policy for Non-Perishable Merchandise:

Contact us within 14 days to return or exchange general merchandise other than plants as long as it is in the same condition when it was purchased and unused.

Return and Exchange Policy for Plants:

We have different exchange and refund policies depending on the issue.

  • Issue with Plant Health or Condition: If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or with any other issues for which we are liable, we offer free returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue at no additional cost.
  • Change of Mind: If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase or simply don’t like the plant once it’s arrived, we are happy to accept returns. In this case, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and customers are responsible for standard pickup fees associated with the return.

Issues with Plant Condition, Plant Size, and Plant Health

If you have any issues with the condition of your plants, the health of your plants, or potential pests that may have accompanied your plants, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the plant. While we inspect all our plants before sending them out, sometimes even the best magnifying glass can miss something. 

Plant care is an integral part of the long-term health of your plants. Dynasty cannot offer refunds for any healthy issues that arise if we haven’t been notified within 7 days of delivery. 

Plants are naturally imperfect! Dynasty provides pictures of plants prior to delivery. By confirming the delivery of the plant pictured, you also confirm the condition of the plant as shown in the images (including any imperfections related to its appearance). 

Changing Your Mind

Sometimes it just doesn’t look how you wished it would look, it won’t fit in the pot, or it isn’t the right plant for the conditions in your house. In this case contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to coordinate an exchange or return for a refund in the form of store credit. Items must be in the same condition as upon delivery. 

For Pre-Orders and Specialty Ordered Plants

If you change your mind prior to delivery you can receive a refund in the form of store credit. If your plant is delayed beyond the preorder window, you can receive a full refund.

Return and Exchange Policy for Sale Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for plants or other non-perishables that were purchased on sale. For plants that were purchased on sale we offer a store credit only in the case where there is a persistent problem with the health of the plant. 

    General Return, Exchange & Refund Exemptions

    We do not allow for returns, exchanges or provide refunds for the following:

    • Gift Cards
    • Perishable goods such as food
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Skin care and beauty products
    • Items that have been opened and/or used
    • Items that are damaged
    • Items that are on sale or discounted cannot be returned or refunded
