If the beach isn’t in your near future, a stapelia might be the next best thing! This member of the succulent family may look unassuming at first, but in ideal conditions, they produce stunning, starfish-shaped blooms that look as though they’ve crawled straight out of a tide-pool!
LOCATION AND LIGHT:
Like cacti, succulents prefer high light, but they’ll do fine with bright indirect light. South or West facing exposures are ideal.
WATER:
Succulents like dry soil and will rot when too much moisture is present. If the soil is fully dry throughout the pot, then it’s time to water!
