Wax Plant: Hoya curtisii 'Aloha' - 4 inch pot
As if we didn’t already have enough good things to say about Hoyas - enter Hoya Curtisii to steal the show. This adorable variety of hoya (also sometimes known as a “wax plant”) trails in olive-green spade-shaped leaves, accented with flecks of silver. Their blooms are just as special as their vines, appearing from time to time in clusters of star-shaped flowers.
LOCATION AND LIGHT:
Hoya are happiest in BRIGHT INDIRECT LIGHT, but are somewhat adaptable and can also be grown in MEDIUM and INDIRECT LIGHT. It is worth noting that the more light hoya are exposed to, the more likely they will be to flower frequently.
WATER:
Water when soil is completely dry, or when leaves are beginning to wrinkle, roughly every 3-4 weeks.
