The natural environment for this fern is underneath a tree canopy, so your fern likes diffused bright light. Place your fern near an east or north-facing window or out of any direct rays from south or west-facing exposures. Direct light will quickly fry this sensitive plant!

WATER:

Silver Lace Ferns prefer a moderate amount of consistent moisture. The operative word here being MODERATE….no indoor plant ever likes being soggy. Allow the top 1"-2" of the soil to dry between waterings. These plants are humidity loving, so mist well, and mist often!
