Commonly referred to as ‘Baby’s Tears’, this easy-going houseplant isn’t hard to keep happy (despite its sad name)! Its delicate, sprawling leaves cascade pleasantly over the side of the pot as the plant matures.

LOCATION & LIGHT: 

Pilea prefer MEDIUM to BRIGHT INDIRECT light. They will tolerate direct morning light in short doses, but too much sun will burn the foliage. These plants can tolerate partial shade but you'll get better growth with a bit more sun.

WATER: 

Baby’s Tears look best when it’s kept consistently moist. We recommend watering this humidity-loving plant in the sink until you see the water flowing freely from the drainage holes. Repeat when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch, and mist often!
